This website and the associated services run on a server of OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France – EU). When you access the site, technically necessary server log data is processed (IP address, time, requested page). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, uninterrupted operation). Logs are reduced to what is necessary and deleted automatically after no more than 14 days.
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics services and embeds no third parties (no CDNs, no third-party fonts, no analytics scripts).
The relay at relay.grunq.com stores public Nostr events
(e.g. stream announcements and chat posts) that users publish
deliberately and signed. This data is public worldwide and is propagated
by every relay that carries it. Processing serves the provision of the
decentralized network (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Deletion requests under
NIP-09 are supported; beyond that, requests can be sent by e-mail to
abuse@grunq.com.
When you get in touch, the details and the conversation are stored to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer required for that purpose.
Server operation writes technically necessary logs (web server, mail server, systemd journal). These serve error diagnosis and abuse detection, contain no content-related user data and are rotated and deleted regularly.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, data portability and restriction of processing (Art. 15–20 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For requests: contact@grunq.com.
